Ensure a fast, secure and fully transparent process thanks to the:
Digital Certificate, creates an unambiguous and legally valid identification.
Time Stamp FNMT for a reliable record of each bid.
Digital Signature, ensures the integrity of the message and/or document.
A more modern and closer justice system
The General Council of the Judiciary, in the VII edition of the awards for the quality of Justice, recognised the work of the General Council of Solicitors, by creating the electronic portal www.subastasprocuradores.com, in favour of a more accessible justice for citizens.
In the category for other bodies related to the Administration of Justice, the award in the Most Effective Justice category went to the Consejo General de los Procuradores de España for its system of realising goods as a specialised entity through its sales and auction portal. The award was collected by its Vice-President, Javier Carlos Sánchez García.
A recognition that makes us proud and helps us to continue working along this path.
