We offer you fully detailed product sheets, in many cases the possibility to visit the property on open days, and a simple and very intuitive way of bidding.

If you find an interesting asset, simply register and place your bid or offer.

Select the REGISTER button on the top right hand side of the screen. subastasprocuradores.com and select the form that suits you best.

You can do this with a Digital Certificate or by filling in a standard form. Once we receive your application and verify your details you will be able to:

   -  follow the goods you are interested in to keep up to date with their evolution
   -  bid for them
   -  access information about sales or auctions you have participated in
   -  manage your data

Simply log in by clicking on the ACCESS button at the top right of the subastasprocuradores.com page. Enter your ID number and password or, if you prefer, your Digital Certificate.

Once you are on the platform, all you have to do is search for the desired asset, click on the BID button and enter the desired amount. Your bid will appear in green as long as it is not exceeded, in which case it will appear in red and you will receive an email alert informing you that your bid has been exceeded. You will have until the deadline indicated on the product page to place the highest bid. If a bid is received in the last two minutes of the sale or auction, a 2' extension will be applied indefinitely until no more bids are received.

That is our objective. You will set a minimum price from which interested parties will increase the price of the property. We will work to increase competition so that as many interested parties as possible bid for your property.

We produce premium sheets so that your goods look as they deserve and the visits convert into more and better bids.

If possible, we also organise open days so that interested parties can clear up their doubts and are prepared to bid more for your property. We also provide advice at all times. Any questions are answered by our team.

The legal department of subastasprocuradores.com we will contact you to inform you of the offers received and tell you the steps to follow if you decide to accept it.

We have an adjudication department that will prepare or request the notary to prepare the drafts of the deeds and review them to ensure that they are in accordance with the conditions indicated on the website. They will send them to the parties for review and will coordinate the signing between the parties and the notary's office.

In short, all you have to do is review the draft provided, indicate the dates on which you are available to sign, bring the necessary documents to the signing, which the adjudication department, after consulting the notary's office, will indicate to you, and sign.
